The BBC's Lancashire HQ is based on Darwen Street adjacent to the Cathedral. As well as being the home of BBC Radio Lancashire, transmitting across the region, the building is also home to an interactive drop-in and exhibition centre. Pop in to the BBC studio live in action, take advantage of the internet booths or check out the ever-changing exhibitions

BBC Radio Lancashire would be delighted to show you around and give you a fascinating insight into what goes on behind the scenes.

You will see the record library, newsroom, production office, studios and programmes going out live from our glass-fronted studio. You may bump into presenters and we'll explain how programmes are put together.

Road Directions

Radio Lancashire is located in the Centre of Blackburn on the A666 Darwen St. opposite the Cathedral. There are numerous car parks in the town centre & limited short stay spaces on the street in front of the building.

Public Transport Directions
