Step into the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this 150 year old pub full of Lancashire tradition, located in the picturesque village of Pleasington.
The Clog and Billycock’s unusual name comes from the favourite attire of a previous landlord. Today the contemporary menu offers twists on traditional local favourites created by the award-winning chef and firm advocate of fresh, locally sourced food, Nigel Haworth. Colour portraits of the Clog’s dedicated artisan producers adorn the walls.
And the ethos of good food isn’t just for the grown ups – the children’s menu is a scaled down version of the one for adults, not a chicken nugget in sight.
