Triumphant Nigel serves up a Great British Menu

We all know the North has great taste, and now Nigel is about to prove it again as he represents the North West in the finals of the BBC2's Great British Menu. For the 2nd year running, Nigel has seen off his regional opposition to win through to the public voting stage of this hugely popular TV event.

Nigel’s Great British Menu dishes will be on the menu from Friday 22nd May at Northcote….But as to whether they will feature at Halton House for the home-coming banquet, that’s down to the public at large when BBC2 screens the final the week of 25th May. Every night, one of his creations will be up against dishes presented by the other seven top chefs who have earned the right to represent their part of the country.

So for Nigel, it’s all about votes….and more votes…and proof at last that the North West is without question, the food capital of Great Britain!
