A Taste of Halloween at Blackburn Market - Saturday 26th October 2011
Customers at Blackburn Market will be invited to ‘try before they buy’ at this Saturday’s special Halloween & Bonfire Taster event.
Not only will some of the best local produce be showcased and on offer for people to try for free, there will be lots of culinary inspiration, hints and tips for Halloween & Bonfire night party food. From Halloween pies, to bonfire bangers, pumpkins galore, sweets and trick or treats, there will be no shortage of easy ideas for your own seasonal celebrations.
To keep the little ones entertained, local natural craft artist Kerris will be on-hand to help them make their very own spooky spider’s web and pick-up some creative ideas for pumpkins.
Customers might also get a little more than they bargained for if they bump into the giant Grim Reaper, who is rumoured to be planning a shopping trip to the Market for his own spooktacular party.
And of course, Blackburn Market is a fantastic treasure trove for all those other essential bits and bobs from party decorations, sweet trick or treats to last minute costumes and accessories - and all under one roof.
