Workshops to inspire business success.
Marketing Lancashire is offering another chance to gain professional advice and inspiration from customer service champion and retail expert Kate Hardcastle, following her successful retail workshops in 2013.
The FREE workshops, will benefit a wide range of businesses from small retailer to luxury spa hotel, rural B&B to large visitor attraction and will offer ideas on delivering great customer service, to achieve standout in a busy and challenging marketplace.

Delivering the workshop is leading retail expert Kate Hardcastle. Recognisable from her regular appearances on BBC, ITV and Sky News, she is the established 'go to' authority on the commercial and retail sector. Winner of many awards, including Innovator of the Year, Kate is much sought after nationally and internationally.
In the workshops she will explore the current challenges of the busy marketplace, including sessions on The Retail Theatre Arena followed by Service, The Customer and Me and opportunities to discuss how to future proof your business thrive and survive in this ever increasing online world.
