Philippa James is the new "resident chef" at Blackburn Market

Come to Blackburn Market on Saturday 12th April, 10am to 4pm & say hello to their new resident chef, Philippa James.

Philippa is going to be in the Market every month & will create delicious & nutritious family dishes from ingredients readily available on the Market. A host of local chefs will be joining her & showing customers how to use fresh seasonal produce. Already lined up are Anson Bolton from The Millstones at Mellor, Antony Shirley from the Seafood Pub Company & Sonia Harrison from Liz n'Lils.
