Wicked Week of Frightfully Free Fun at The Mall

Shoppers at The Mall Blackburn can be sure of a ghoulishly good time this Halloween half term!
A giant wizard, mysterious magicians, a Heebie Jeebie puppet show, creepy crafts, spooky story-telling and fang-tastic face painting are all being thrown into the cauldron to cast the perfect spell!
All the events will take place in Victoria Court and the scary schedule includes:
Monday 30th October – 11am until 4pm
Halloween Workshop
Mini shoppers can get crafty making wicked Witch and Wizard Hats, scary spiders and Halloween masks. A fabulous face painter will transform little angels into little monsters….or devils or a witch…the choice is theirs.
Tuesday 31st October – 11am, 1pm & 3pm
Heebie Jeebie Puppet Show
Follow the make believe hero into the Haunted Castle as he searches for his lost cat. Fun for all the family, this spooky Halloween tale, is sure to give everyone the Heebie Jeebies! Plus, parents can bring their children in their trick or treat fancy dress between 11am and 4pm and the artist will paint their faces to match.
Wednesday 1st November – 11am, 1pm & 3pm
Wizard stilt walker
Standing nearly nine feet tall, Randalf The Wizard will be introducing shoppers to his “baby dragon” who isn’t quite trained yet and still needs a name.
Thursday 2nd November – 11am, 1pm & 3pm
Wizzall the Wizard storytelling
Wizzall the Wizard will be telling spooky, interactive stories and bringing them to life with some magic and cartoons.
Friday 3rd November – 11am, 1pm & 3pm
Close Up Magician
Shoppers will be entertained, excited and amazed by the ghoulish magic and silly vampire humour of Baron Blood the Vampire magician.
Loraine Jones, General Manager at The Mall Blackburn, said: “October half term is always a hive of Halloween activity here at The Mall and this year is no exception!
“We have organised a wicked week of free fun to help parents keep the children entertained, including helping them get set for those all important Halloween parties or trick or treating expeditions.
“Parents can also sign their children up to the Mall Monsters Friends Club to receive a free welcome gift and a special birthday treat every year!”
