Blackburn Youth Zone holds Christmas Family Fun Day Family Fun Day

Join Blackburn Youth Zone’s Christmas Family Fun day for FREE Saturday 25th November from 12pm until 4pm.

Young people who attend Blackburn Youth Zone’s and have completed the National Citizen Service have developed a fun Christmas Family Fun day for the community to attend. At the event there will be stalls raising money for Blackburn Youth Zone and East Lancashire Hospice. The Christmas Family Fun Day will include climbing, face painting, FIFA 18 tournament, penalty shoot out, gym workouts and much more!

Cain Garvin, Project Work at Blackburn Youth Zone said

“The NCS group have had the idea to create a Christmas Family Fun day in which will raise money for new resources and equipment at Blackburn Youth Zone. This will hopefully ensure that the young people will have the best possible experience at Blackburn Youth Zone. The young peoples other chosen charity is East Lancs Hospice.”

The Youth Zone’s Christmas Family Fun Days are always a huge success, with lots of fun activities for families to take part in, plus the opportunity to sign up as a member for free! In true Christmas spirit Christmas lunch will be available, to launch our weekly Eat Together which takes place every Saturday 4:30pm - 5:30pm.

This event is a great opportunity for the community to come to the Youth Zone and see what is available for children and young people, 7 days per week for just 50p per visit.
