Blackburn Market

The newly opened Blackburn Market is a contemporary maket hall occupying the ground floor of the new £66 million Mall Shopping Centre development. The modern market hall is bright and spacious with all the traditional market offerings. 

Food lovers can buy fresh, seasonal fish, meat and game or take home traditional Lancashire specialities such as black pudding and local cheeses. There are also a number of locally sourced fresh fruit and vegetable stalls plus a host of non food stalls. You can now get everything you need at Blackburn Market including textiles, electrical items, fashionwear, cards and gifts plus much more.

The market has its own food and drink court with a large seating area so you can sit back and relax whilst trying some of the delicious food on offer. There are also a number of cafe's at the opposite end near the Church Street entrance.

Open six days a week the new market has more than 120 stalls with more new traders arriving shortly. Parking for the market can be found on the Mall Shopping Centre where there are 1300 spaces available. Coach parties are also welcome contact Blackburn Visitor Centre on 01254 688040.
