Fleming Square is home to the Coffee Exchange cafe, coffee roasters & tea merchants, Nomad ladies wear, Jeff Stone's hairdresser and Heiress Hair & Gossip Beauty Salon.

Just down King Street is Outdoor Action, which as the name suggests, is the place to go for everything outdoors! Coats, fleeces, ski wear, boots & even your tent & camping equipment.

King William Street mixes high street chains such as Marks and Spencers with local favourites Toplex, for electrical goods & Boutique by Vee ladies wear.

Darwen Street is home to some of the oldest family run shops in Blackburn: Ainsworth’s Jewellers, Hobkirk’s Sewing Machines & Edmondson’s Furniture shop.

For our younger visitors look out for the Geek Retreat on Church Street, a “geek culture” retailer & gaming cafe or the Bat Cave on Town Hall Street for your comic & modelling fix
