The Central library is one of the busiest libraries in England and has three floors available to the public, all of which are fully accessible via ramps and two lifts.

The Adults’ and Children’s lending libraries are on the ground floor, as well as Advice for All. Hot drinks and snacks are available in ‘The Curve’

A range of meeting rooms for public hire is available on the first floor, whilst the second floor houses the Community History library, a study area, Learning Centre, the Bill Gates ICT Suite and a meditation area.

Follow signs into Blackburn Town Centre. The Library is located on Town Hall Street - just around the corner form Marks & Spencer! There is plenty of parking in the town centre within a short walk of the library.
