What is Plugged?

Plugged is new, its free and has been created to get Blackburn on the map by promoting its thriving music scene. The very first Plugged live music festival was held on July 31st 2009 featuring the best local bands and DJs across 16 town centre venues.

Who is Plugged?

Plugged is the brain-child of a group of pro-active venues in Blackburn town centre supported by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Coincil's town centre regeneration team and the North West Development Agency.
