"JD is one of the coolest trainer and sports fashion stores on the street, stocking a range of limited edition and exclusive designs from the likes of Nike, Adidas originals, Reebok and Puma.
Started from a single store in Bury by John Wardle and David Meakin in 1981, the brand has gone from strength-to-strength and now sits side-by-side with its sister store BANK fashion, within the new wing of the Mall complex.
Other brands include Adidas, Apple Bottoms, Asics, Ben Sherman, Calvin Klein, Converse, Evisu, Fila, Fed Perry, Helly Hansen, K-Swiss, Lacoste, Levi’s, Nicholas Deakins, Penguin, Rocawear, Temberland and Vans. There are dozens of other lines also available across the store, whilst JD also have exclusivity of the McKenzie, Carbrini, Animal, Boxfresh and O’Neill brands, which can only purchase from JD.
