Blackburn Comic Con will return to King Georges Hall on Saturday, 4th November 2017 from 10.30am to 4.30pm. 

Stalls, movie props, stars from TV and Movies, Comic artists & writers and much more to be announced.

Guest appearance by Colin Baker, the 6th Dr Who.

Matt Zimmerman is a Canadian actor, best known as the voice of Alan Tracy in the 1960s television series Thunderbirds and sequel films Thunderbirds Are Go and Thunderbird 6.

Shane Rimmer has appeared in many TV & Movies, Following Dr Strangelove he went on to roles in Star Wars and three James Bond Productions – Diamonds Are Forever, You Only Live Twice and The Spy Who Loved Me. These were followed by Superman 2 and 3, The People That Time Forgot, Warlords Of Atlantis, Rollerball, Gandhi, Reds, Out Of Africa, The Bourne Identity, The Dark Knight and many more. He is best known for voicing the amazing Scott Tracey the pilot of Thunderbird 1.

Mike Edmonds has been in many movies including Willow, Dark Crystal and also played an Ugnaught in Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back and Logray the medicine Ewok in Return of the Jedi. 

Jeremy  Bulloch has had a movie and tv career that has lasted over 40 years but most well known as the Bounty Hunter Boba Fett in the Star Wars franchise.

Kev Crossley: ​His art and writing has appeared in over twenty art books published by Quarto and Ilex among others, and he is the author and illustrator of three books of his own; ‘Fantasy Clip Art’ (2006), ‘101 Top Tops From Professional Fantasy Painters’ (2011) and ‘Character Design From The Ground Up’ (2014). Kev writes and illustrates regularly for Imagine FX magazine and affiliated publications, and in 2012 he illustrated Ian Livingstone’s 30th Anniversary FF title: ‘Blood Of The Zombies

Alan Hebden: Alan's career started with scripts for Commando, Victor and Hornet. For Battle Picture Weekly he wrote Rat Pack and Major Eazy (which he co-created). He also wrote The Angry Planet in Tornado. Hebden's first work for 2000 AD was one of Tharg's Future Shocks in prog 27. He also wrote the M.A.C.H. One stories M.A.C.H. Woman and Death Ray; the Mean Team story Return of the Mean Team; and a number of Future Shocks. Several series were created by him: Death Planet; Meltdown Man (with Massimo Belardinelli — it ran for 50 episodes); The Amazing Maze Dumoir (with Ian Gibson); and PSI-Testers.
