Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council & Blackburn BID have announced a packed programme of festive fun for Christmas 2018. You’ll find family favourites such as the Christmas Light Switch On & Blackburn Festival of Lights, as well as the first ever, month long German style Christmas Markets in Cathedral Square & The Blackburn Christmas Parade and much, much more!

Blackburn Christmas Lights Switch On will be by the town’s very own singing sensation Grace Davies. The free event hosted by Rock FM’s Steve and Janine, kicks off on King William Street, Saturday 24th November from 4.30pm -6:30pm

In addition to all the events, Blackburn retailers are stocking up with festive fare & Christmas treats. There is certainly something for everyone, making Blackburn the place to shop, socialise & sparkle this Christmas.
