Festival of Wonders events in Blackburn & Darwen

The Festival of Wonders celebrates the fascinating stories, people & places that make up Pennine Lancashire & is part of Museums at Night 16th to 18th May 2013.

There are 15 venues & 20 events including musical performances, evening tours, children's event, workshops, talks & lectures.

Blackburn with Darwen are hosting 5 of these events:

16th May: Meet the Victorian Poets at Uncle Rogers Tea Party at Blackburn Library

16th May: Walking with Ghosts, a talk by Simon Entwistle at Blackburn Library

16th May: Egyptology Lecture at Blackburn Museum

17th May: The Actors Apology by John Cargill Thompson at Turton Tower

18th May: Egyptian Explorers Event at Blackburn Museum
