Dinosaurs start to descend on Blackburn

The Mall Blackburn’s mega monster celebration got off to a ‘roar’some start Wednesday, 31st May.
Dastardly dinosaurs have taken over the shopping centre as it launches its new The Mall Monster’s Friends Club. Open to children of any age, the exclusive club welcomes members with a fantastic free gift, a present on their birthday every year and advance notice of all free activities taking place in The Mall.
From Wednesday, 31st May until Saturday, 3rd June there will be something for every dino enthusiast as a whole host of the legendary reptiles roam the The Mall. The activities kicked off with a stunning Stegosaurus show today followed by two days of captivating dinosaur themed craft and education workshops.
Saturday is set to be the main event with the world’s most infamous reptile, the terrifying T-Rex, stalking around Victoria Court and an adorable dino baby show!
There is also face-painting and balloon modelling every day, with The Mall’s very own loveable pink monster making guest appearances on Thursday and Friday!

“Today was a huge success, with people travelling from across Lancashire to meet the stunning Stegosaurus show! We value our little shoppers here in The Mall so we have put together a great package to keep them up to date with all our events and activities.
“The dinosaurs really are breath-taking and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store!”
