Super Sales Season at The Mall Blackburn

The Mall Blackburn is gearing up for a super sales season after another fabulous festive period.

In line with tradition, the first retailer to open its doors on Boxing Day will be Next, with a 6am start hailing the beginning of one of the busiest times of the year. The Mall will then open at 9.00am until 5.30pm.

The sales, which see people across the county setting alarms extra early, come after more than a month of magical Christmas shopping.

Burger King, El Taco Loco, Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe and the second Costa Coffee store have now opened their doors to keep people fuelled up during the sales.

With Millies Cookies, Hasty Tasty Pizza, Pound Bakery, Rhode Island and the Restaurant at Debenhams also on offer there really is something for all tastes.

Thousands of children have visited Father Christmas in his magical grotto throughout December and kind-hearted shoppers donated hundreds of gifts to The Community and Business Partners’ Christmas Wishes Appeal.

In addition, Santa’s helpful elves have wrapped lots of gifts for shoppers, with all proceeds being counted up before being donated to The Mall’s chosen charity Lancashire Mind.

Loraine Jones, General Manager at The Mall Blackburn, said: “Once again, we have had a wonderful Christmas here at The Mall and it has been fantastic to see so many people full of festive spirit. 

“With the sales set to kick off very early on Boxing Day there will be plenty of bargains for everyone!

“We will be closed on New Year’s Day and then kick off 2017 with a very special visit from PAW Patrol, which we are already very excited about!”
