HISTORIC BUILDING HOSTS BRICK SHOW FOR FANS OF LEGO®
Organisers, Northern Brickworks are coordinating the display of creations brought by fans of LEGO® from across the region, including Star Wars, Minecraft, City and Space. There will also be a fully working LEGO® funfair.
Organiser, Thomas Newby said: ‘This event, dedicated to all things brick, will be a great day for families, collectors, adult builders and every other kind of LEGO®fan! As well as loads of amazing LEGO® models to look at, there will be LEGO® to build with too!
‘Local LEGO®enthusiasts who would like to exhibit are invited to register their interest by Friday 12th April. In order for members and their Lego® to be covered by our public liability insurance they also need to be members of Northern Brickworks. We’re free to join at nblug.org.uk.’
Caer Butler, Director of Operations at The Exchange said: ‘People of all ages love LEGO®. Thanks to funding from National Lottery Heritage Fund, this event is completely free. We’re hoping that the Blackburn Brick Show will be an opportunity to open up The Exchange to new audiences.’
