Blackburn and Darwen is well served by Public transport. The Boulevard in Blackburn town centre provides a network of local bus and rail services connecting all towns and villages in Lancashire/Manchester and beyond. The main railway station is also located on the boulevard and has undergone a major refurbishment to improve the comfort and convenience of train travellers. Smaller  local railway stations at Darwen, Pleasington, Entwistle, Cherry Tree and Wilpshire make the town and countryside around Blackburn and Darwen easily accessible to public transport users.

Travel by car is just as convenient, with good access from the national motorway network, visiting Blackburn and Darwen couldn't be easier. A short drive from the M6 and M65 motorway, Blackburn and Darwen are easy to reach and an ideal base for exploring further afield. Blackpool, the Ribble Valley, the Yorkshire Dales, the Lakes, Liverpool and Manchester are all within an hours drive, whilst Cheshire and the Scottish borders are also within easy reach.
