The Exchange Blackburn are hosting their first Christmas Tree Festival!  The festival, themed ‘Decorations through the Decades’, is funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund and takes place from 4pm on Saturday 25th November 2023 to coincide with ‘From Broadway to Blackburn: Christmas Lights Switch On Spectacular’.  It continues on Sunday 26th November and also runs on Saturday 2nd & 3rd December 12Noon - 4pm

The Exchange building is located in the centre of Blackburn - opposite the Town Hall & close to all town centre car parks.

Follow signs to Blackburn town centre where you will find a number of car parks.
