Penny Lick
Beggars Belief Collective invites you to their scratch performance of this charming and magical new show about friendship, rivalry, loss and the love of ice cream. This is an opportunity to see the company explore initial ideas for artwork, scenes, characters, songs and dances, prior to making a finished play for touring local communities in 2024.
Audience feedback will be welcomed after the show to help in the development of the final piece.

Darwen Library Theatre is situated in Darwen town centre on the junction between School Street and Knott Street. From M65, approach along the Main road into Darwen, turning left into Union Street, then right into Knott Street. From Bolton, approach along main road into Darwen town centre, turn right along Church Street past Darwen Bus Station, follow the road round toward Railway Road, and turn left onto School Street.
