British Pakistani singer songwriter and artist Samia Malik writes and performs songs in Urdu and English based on traditional Urdu Ghazal (a highly refined union of poetry with music). Her live show is a unique combination of soaring Eastern melodies, powerful and heartfelt lyrics in Urdu and English, electronics, deep bass grooves and visual art. Her performances have enthralled audiences across Europe, the States and India.
